HoLaCe uses magic-link authentication — there’s no password to remember. You enter your email, we send you a link, you click it, and you’re in. Sessions last about 30 days on a trusted device.

Sign in for the first time

Go to holace.io

Open holace.io in your browser. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.

Enter your work email

Use the email address your firm admin invited. If you don’t know which email was used, ask your firm admin before guessing — magic links are delivered to exactly the address you type.[Screenshot: Sign-in form with the email field focused]

Check your inbox

You’ll get an email from HoLaCe within about 30 seconds. Subject line is something like “Your HoLaCe sign-in link”. If it doesn’t arrive in 2 minutes, check spam — once you whitelist the sender, future links land in your primary inbox.

Click the link

The link signs you in directly. You don’t need to copy a code or paste anything. The link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes.

Land on your dashboard

First-time users see a brief role-specific dashboard tour. From here, head to the Dashboard Tour for a guided walk-through.

Returning users

If you’ve signed in from this browser before, HoLaCe remembers your session. You’ll go straight from holace.io/sign-in to your dashboard — no email round-trip needed — until your session expires (about 30 days idle). If you’re on a new browser, new device, or after a long break, you’ll go through the magic-link flow again. Magic links are single-use and short-lived (15 minutes). If you click an expired or already-used link, HoLaCe shows a “Link expired” page with a Send a new link button. Click it, check your email, and try again — no harm done. I never got an invite

HoLaCe accounts are firm-scoped. You can only sign in with an email address that has been invited by a firm admin (or your firm’s super admin during initial setup). If you try to sign in with an email that hasn’t been invited, you’ll see a generic “We sent you a link if your account exists” message — but no link will arrive. Ask your firm admin to send you an invite.

If none of those help, your firm admin can reset your account from Admin → Users. For platform-level outages, contact HoLaCe support from your firm admin’s account using the Bug Report button in the sidebar.
