What you can do
- Drag and drop files (or click to browse) to upload
- Categorize uploads (medical record, intake form, signed contract, photo, correspondence, etc.)
- Tag files for search
- Preview PDFs and images inline without downloading
- Download original files
- Delete (firm admin only, with retention rules)
Folders and organization
Documents can be grouped into firm-defined folders (e.g., Intake, Medical Records, Pleadings, Demand, Settlement). Your firm admin sets the folder structure once; every Journey uses the same scheme so anyone on the team knows where to look.Where to go next
