Organization settings control the firm-level identity that HoLaCe uses anywhere your firm appears outwardly — the dashboard header, demand letter letterhead, public intake forms, client emails, and exported PDFs. Open it from Admin → Branding or Settings → Organization depending on your role. [Screenshot: Organization settings page showing firm name, logo upload, address, and primary contact fields]

Firm identity

FieldWhere it shows up
Firm nameDashboard header, browser tab title, every outbound email and document
Doing-business-as (DBA)Optional override for letterhead and outbound communication
LogoSidebar, login page, demand letter header, intake form header, client emails
TaglineOptional — appears under the logo on intake forms and the public site
Logos should be transparent PNG or SVG. Square or wide rectangular formats both work; HoLaCe scales them automatically.

Address & contact

The mailing address you set here is the address that prints on outbound demand letters and client correspondence. Set it to your firm’s primary office; if you have multiple locations, pick the one that should appear on legal correspondence.
  • Street, city, state, ZIP
  • Phone — the number clients see on letters and the intake form
  • Fax — optional; printed on letterhead if set
  • General email — the reply-to on outbound system emails

Branding (colors and theme)

The Branding tab inside Organization Settings lets you choose:
  • Primary brand color — accent color used on dashboard buttons and badges
  • Theme defaults — the firm-wide light/dark default (individual users can override per User Profile → Theme Preferences)
  • Custom theme — for firms with strong brand requirements, create a custom palette and save it
Changes save immediately and take effect for all users on next page load.

Demand letter letterhead

A separate Letterhead subsection controls only the letterhead block that prints at the top of generated demand letters. You can:
  • Upload a print-resolution logo separate from the dashboard logo
  • Configure header and footer text
  • Set bar numbers, signature blocks, and the default signing attorney
Demand letter signature blocks per attorney are configured in Users & Roles. This page sets the firm-wide default; the per-attorney block overrides it.
